I know we are all having to work more flexibly and some have family commitments and perhaps disability, you may not be able to do two consecutive days and so I am arranging several days over the course of a few weeks split into morning and afternoon bitesize sessions, that way you can do it one day or half day at a time. It is broken down into 4 parts and you can join any of those that you wish just by booking your place.
This series of events take place on in October and I recommend taking each module in order.
Please note the maximum number on each session is 10 to ensure individual and group attention.
Part 1 – The Awakening - You start by relaxing and opening up to working with your sub conscious mind. You will also reconnect with your body, as it holds key information, by doing some non-dominant hand drawing. Then we will explore the mind body link and our own health. At times you will go to a breakout room with one or more people to share an exercise or experience (only sharing what you feel comfortable with).
Part 2 – The Deepening – you begin reconnecting with your Inner Child, what you tell yourself and where those messages really come from. We also start to learn how to convert the negatives into positives working with our subconscious.
Part 3 – Unpacking Anger – In this session we discuss anger, how we respond (or don’t) when we get angry and several ways to release anger safely.
Part 4 – Fulfilment – We look at a typical day and how you currently operate. We consider what makes the prefect friend/partner and we visualise and embed a bright, positive future.
