A Quick Way to Shift Those Bad Feelings

From time to time we get caught unawares by people, situations and events that though not drastic still leave us with an uneasy or bad feeling.  Whilst I generally believe in dealing with root causes of any issues I also realise that sometimes we need quick clearing techniques to get us back into balance and feeling better.

For those times here is a technique to try:

Dr Silvia Hartmann the originator of Emotrance believes we have our physical body with all its functions and movements and we have an energy body within which there are natural channels. When all is well energy flows freely through those channels (in, through, and out). When the energy flow is blocked, we experience painful emotions. The aim of the following technique is to help energy flow again by using our intention.

When you have an emotionally charged issue to work with:

  • Locate where you are feeling the energy (or bad feeling) in your body
  • Tell it to soften and flow
  • Get a sense of where it wants to exit your body (up through the head, down through the legs and feet or any number of ways).
  • Allow it to flow and if you catch yourself trying to force it or getting frustrated by it breathe deeply and let go
  • Repeat until you have gone as far as you can.

Practically Magic – simple secrets of self healing and manifesting

shutterstock_64018174Come and join us on the this one day event and learn a range of  self healing and manifesting techniques that you can use any time you need them.  Sometimes we get the impression that we have to be a therapist, guru or highly spiritually evolved to practice any kind of self healing or manifesting, but this is not true. It doesn’t matter why they work or what your beliefs are. There are simple methods that have been used for centuries that can make a real difference in your everyday life. When you use them it feels practically like magic as things start to turn around.

No matter how healthy or happy we are there are times when challenges come and when they hit it really helps to already have solutions to hand.  This workshop gives you the chance to learn some simple but effective techniques to keep up your sleeve for those rainy days when you experience physical, emotional, mental imbalance or challenges.

You will be guided through each technique and experience using some of them yourself so you have what you need when you need it and can also share those with family and friends if you wish.

What will Practically Magic do for me?

These simple techniques that everyone can do will reduce stress, improve health and well-being. increase prosperity and may save your relationship too!

In my view, simple is good as long as it works.  Maybe you can identify with this, I am not very technically minded, having spent hours on the computer trying to work things out, reading manuals, watching tutorials,my teenage son has come in and shown me in one or two clicks of the mouse how I could be doing it.  Two clicks, job done!  I like that even though it annoys me that I wasted so much time and energy trying to work it all out.  The aim of this workshop is to give you the two clicks or even one that will do the job for you when you need it.

Who is this for?

Brilliant for you if:

  • You are interested in alternative techniques and want practical tried and tested processes you can use without reading all the books (just cut to the chase and give me the technique).
  • You don’t like workshops but would still rather have someone explain the techniques and give it to you to use when you want.
  • You have done other workshops, feel you have dealt with your stuff but still want to add further processes and techniques for using with others or for when any new challenges arise.

Affirmations and Positive Thinking

Affirmations are small but key positive messages to the self. They are used as reminders, helping to keep positive messages at the forefront of our consciousness. Not only is it important to regularly think these affirmations, it is a great idea to leave them lying around the place, where you will occasionally notice them.
